This Agreement governs the rules, terms, conditions, and updates concerning the use of the YesChat mobile application and website services (collectively referred to as "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to comply with these terms, which may be updated periodically.

Please note that if you do not understand or disagree with any of the terms contained in this Agreement, please do not install or use the services provided by YesChat. By beginning to use this application, such as registering a related account or using any relevant features and services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and consent to be bound by them.
· You need to create an account on YesChat to access and use the service:
· You can create an account using your phone number, Google account, or device ID (one-click login). Please note that we will have access to, collect, and use the information related to these third-party accounts. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
· Any account created on YesChat is your personal account, and you are prohibited from gifting, lending, transferring, or allowing any other person to access or use your account. Your account name, user ID, and other identifiers used on YesChat remain our property. If your account is terminated or deactivated for any reason, we can disable, reclaim, and reuse these identifiers.
· You are responsible for protecting your account details, including login credentials and the information used under your account. If you believe your password or account has been stolen, you must immediately notify us by email. Unless we receive and confirm your notification of your account/password being stolen, we will consider all use of your account on YesChat as your own.
· Please note that logging in as a guest carries the risk of losing your account and any associated benefits (such as pre-paid coins). We strongly recommend logging in through a Google account to avoid any risk of losing your information and coins.
Please note that we make the following statement: If you are under 18 years old, do not use YesChat.
Conditions for using the service:a. You must be at least 18 years old.b. You must not be subject to any restrictions from using YesChat’s services.
If you are under 18, you are not permitted to download or use our services. Our services can only be used or accessed by individuals with full legal capacity. We do not intentionally collect or maintain information from children under 18. If you access or use the application by misrepresenting your age, you and your guardian shall be responsible under applicable laws and regulations; YesChat shall be exempt from legal consequences.
· In addition to these terms, you must also comply with YesChat's Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and use your personal information when you use YesChat.
· Some of our services and features may have additional terms specific to their use. We will update this Agreement and notify you proactively. You must comply with these additional terms when using such services and features.
· We may translate this Agreement into multiple languages. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
YesChat allows users to distribute live streams, use chat, voice interaction services, etc. Users can also overlay YesChat images, stickers, virtual items, and other features onto this content and transmit it through the service. The views expressed by other users on the service (including through the use of virtual gifts) do not represent our views or values.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights to grant the licenses specified in this section for any content you post on the mobile app or website, and that your content does not infringe upon anyone’s privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights. You agree to pay all royalties and fees to anyone arising from any content you post on the mobile app or website.
Users are prohibited from distributing any offensive, insensitive, disturbing, repulsive, or exceptionally poor taste content on this application. For example:
· Child Exploitation: We do not allow any content that sexualizes individuals under 18, including but not limited to promoting pedophilia or inappropriate interactions with minors.
· CSAM: Creating or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is a heinous crime, and we are committed to fighting the distribution of CSAM. A child refers to any person under the age of 18. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards CSAM on our platform. All CSAM identified or known to us will be immediately deleted. We will report any obvious CSAM cases to law enforcement and terminate the accounts of those involved in the distribution.
· Sexual Content and Obscenity: We are committed to providing users with a safe and healthy online environment. You may not upload, post, transmit, perform, or store any content that is considered sexual or obscene, including pornography or any content intended to satisfy sexual desires. Below are some examples of common violations:
o Descriptions of sexual nudity or sexually suggestive poses, where the subject is nude, partially nude, or dressed inappropriately for public settings.
o Descriptions, animations, or illustrations of sexual acts, or sexually suggestive poses or depictions of body parts.
o Content that describes or provides functional aids, sexual guides, illegal sexual topics, or fetishism.
o Obscene or blasphemous content, including but not limited to content that may contain profanity, defamation, explicit text, or adult/sexual keywords.
o Content that describes, depicts, or encourages sexual acts.
· Hate Speech: Hate speech refers to any form of expression intended to defame, humiliate, or incite hatred against a group of people based on race, religion, color, sexual identity, gender identity, ethnicity, disability, nationality, or any other characteristic related to systemic discrimination or marginalization.
· Violence: Descriptions of real violence or threats of violence against any individual, or the promotion of illegal or reckless use of weapons and dangerous items.
· Terrorist Content: Any material that incites or promotes terrorist activities or provides instructions on how to commit terrorism-related crimes will be defined as terrorist content.
· Bullying and Harassment: Bullying and harassment are behaviors intended to shame or intimidate individuals, such as bullying victims of international or religious conflicts, attempting to exploit others, including content related to blackmail, extortion, or similar acts, or posting content to publicly humiliate someone.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who publishes restricted or inappropriate content on the application, including but not limited to deleting content and terminating the violator’s membership. We also encourage you to help us improve the service by reporting restricted or inappropriate content through the app's reporting function or by contacting us via email.
You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not include any phone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, or usernames from any social platform or email address in publicly accessible member profiles.
While we strive to foster a respectful user experience, we are not responsible for the actions of any users within or outside of the service. You agree to exercise caution in all interactions with other users. You should not provide other users with your financial information (e.g., credit card or bank account details), wire transfers, or any other remittance. You are fully responsible for your interactions with other members. We reserve the right to monitor disputes between you and other members, but we have no obligation to intervene.
If you misuse the service or act in a manner that we deem inappropriate or illegal, we reserve the right to investigate, suspend, and/or terminate your account, including for actions or communications outside of the service but involving users you have encountered through the service. Below is a list of some activities that you may not engage in when using the service. You may not:
· Ask any user for money.
· Harm, track, or otherwise harass others.
· Impersonate or misrepresent your relationship with any individual or entity (this includes pretending to be a minor when you are not).
· Upload or transmit content you do not have the right to offer or that infringes on any party's patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, privacy, or other ownership rights.
· Make any statements or imply that any statement made by you is endorsed by us without our prior written consent.
· Use the service or engage in illegal activity.
· Access the service from illegal or unauthorized jurisdictions.
· Request or use any user’s identity, source, or destination of illicitly obtained funds or products.
· Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or any other manual or automated device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine,” or in any way copy or circumvent the navigation structure or presentation of the service or its content.
· Upload or transmit software viruses or any other harmful computer code, files, or programs, or use any data mining, robots, or similar data collection or extraction methods.
· Collect users’ usernames and/or email addresses via electronic means to send unsolicited emails or unauthorized framing or links to the service.
· Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
· Transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other materials designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
· Falsify header information or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or via the service.
· “Frame” or “mirror” any part of the service without our prior written authorization.
· Use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to our service or services (or any trademark, service mark, logo, or slogan of ours) to direct any person to any other mobile application and website for any purpose.
· Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decrypt, decompile, or otherwise disassemble any part of the service, any software used on or for the service, or cause others to do so.
· Directly or indirectly (e.g., through screen scraping) publish, use, transmit, or distribute any content or information obtained from this service, but only as it relates to your use of the service under this Agreement.
· Automatically, systemically, or programmatically register accounts or post content.
· Create an excessive number of accounts. If we determine that you have created multiple accounts to send spam, mislead others, or for any other malicious reason, we reserve the right to terminate your account without further notice.
If we find that your account poses a significant risk, we reserve the right to freeze or prohibit access to your account. You agree that all information submitted when creating your account, including information submitted via your Google account, is accurate and true, and that you have the right to post content on the service and grant YesChat the relevant permissions. You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any content you post as part of the service. We may delete any part or all of the content that, in our sole judgment, violates this Agreement or may harm the reputation of the service.
You agree that we, our affiliates, and third-party partners may run advertisements on the service. By submitting any feedback or suggestions about our service, you agree that we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensating you.
You agree that, if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such access, retention, or disclosure is reasonably necessary, we may access, retain, and disclose your account information and content, such as (1) to comply with legal process; (2) to enforce this Agreement; (3) to respond to claims of third-party infringement; (4) to respond to your customer service requests; (5) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the company or any other person.
YesChat is operated and managed by Zhangjiajie Dipingxian Media Co., Ltd. Our core objective is to create a safe, healthy, and rigorously vetted interactive environment. This "Child Safety Standards" document, as a public policy document, clearly expresses our zero-tolerance attitude towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and confirms that the platform fully complies with the relevant requirements of the Google Play "Child Safety Standards Policy."
These standards are binding on all YesChat users and all content they publish on the platform.
YesChat takes an absolute prohibitive stance against any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), including but not limited to the following:
· Creating, publishing, forwarding, or disseminating in any way pornographic or sexually suggestive content involving minors.
· Engaging in inducement, threats, manipulation, or other forms of sexual exploitation of minors.
· Soliciting, attempting to obtain, or trading nude or sensitive images and related personal information from minors.
· Engaging in any sexually suggestive communication or role-playing with minors.
· Any act of approaching, enticing, or improperly contacting minors for inappropriate purposes.
Upon discovery of any of the above violations, YesChat will take appropriate measures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, depending on the severity of the circumstances, and has the right to report to relevant law enforcement agencies and cooperate with investigations.
· Age Restriction and Account Management
YesChat explicitly states that it is only for users aged 18 and above, and verifies user identity through an age verification mechanism. If an account is found to belong to a minor or is suspected of being underage, the platform will immediately take appropriate measures such as restriction or account suspension.
· Content Monitoring and Review Mechanism
The platform uses a combination of automated technology and manual review to continuously monitor live videos, chat messages, user-uploaded media files, and any behavior that may involve minors. High-risk or suspicious content will be deleted immediately, and reported to relevant departments if necessary.
· Reporting and Handling Mechanism
Users can report suspected child sexual abuse content, suspected underage use of the platform, and behaviors related to enticement or sexual assault. Serious or high-risk reports will be prioritized, and an initial response will usually be provided within 24 hours.
9.4 Prohibited Content and Behaviors
9.4.1 Sexual Content Involving Minors
Any material of a sexual nature involving minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to nude or sexualized images and videos of minors, AI-generated or simulated sexual depictions of minors, as well as written sexual fantasies or role-play scenarios involving minors.
9.4.2 High-Risk Conduct Toward Minors
The platform prohibits all behaviors that pose potential harm to minors, such as requesting personal information or images from minors, using money, gifts, or virtual items to诱引 or manipulate them, and impersonating minors for inappropriate or exploitative interactions.
9.4.3 Other Unlawful or Harmful Acts
Any activity that violates child protection laws is not permitted. This includes collecting minors’ personal information without proper consent or engaging in any behavior that may compromise or endanger a child’s physical, emotional, or psychological well-being.
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of minors and fully comply with child protection policies. Our services are strictly intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under this age.
To enhance child safety, we encourage responsible usage and offer the following reporting options for suspected underage users:
· In-App Reporting: Users can submit reports via the "Feedback" section in the App settings.
· Email Support: Parents, guardians, or concerned users can notify us via our official customer support email.
If we identify or receive credible reports of underage users, their accounts will be promptly suspended, and their data will be deleted.
· We do not intentionally collect, store, or process any personal information from users under the age of 18. This includes, but is not limited to, data such as names, addresses, email addresses, contact details, device identifiers, location information, or any other data that could potentially identify the individual.
· In the event that we become aware, or are informed, that a user under the age of 18 has submitted personal information, we will take immediate corrective actions. These steps include, but are not limited to:
a. Promptly removing the relevant data and ensuring it is deleted from our servers or databases.
b. Temporarily suspending or blocking the user's account to prevent further access to and use of the App.
c. Informing the user that their account has been terminated and their data has been deleted.
d. Implementing measures to prevent the user from attempting to register again, thereby preventing further submissions of personal information.
· If you come across a suspected minor user while using our services, please gather and retain any relevant evidence (such as clear content or other proof) and report the issue to us through either our customer support email or the in-app complaint channel. Upon receiving your report, we will conduct verification and take appropriate action within 72 hours. You will be notified of the outcome via email.
· For legal guardians or custodial authorities identifying unauthorized minor engagement with our app, we provide expedited response protocols. Immediate communication through the aforementioned reporting channels initiates an accelerated verification process, with resolution timelines compressed to 24 hours following report receipt. Our administrators will implement appropriate account management measures while providing detailed procedural outcomes through email confirmation. Furthermore, we actively support supervisory personnel in executing application removal or deactivation procedures independently.
In cases of violations, the validity of the service membership is void. By using the mobile application, website, and services, you represent and warrant that all registration information you provide is truthful and accurate. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of the service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. If it is found that you have misrepresented your age, your personal profile may be deleted without prior notice. Your membership is for personal use only, and you may not authorize others to use your account, including your personal profile or email address. You are fully responsible for all content posted or displayed through your account (including any emails) and your interactions with other members.
When you purchase or receive virtual currency products (such as coins), you do not own them. Coins are used for features like video and text chat. You agree that, based on our rights related to coins and other virtual currencies, we will not be liable for any issues. We reserve the right to verify your identity and your eligibility to use virtual currencies.
If we modify, suspend, or terminate virtual currencies or if any loss or damage arises from service errors or any other reason, we are not responsible for repairing or replacing virtual currencies, nor will we provide any credits or refunds. The purchase of virtual currency is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-revocable, even if they expire, are revoked, or discontinued. We may change the price of virtual currencies or how they are used at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw or stop issuing virtual currencies at any time, without prior notice, refunds, or compensation, and to set expiration dates for virtual currencies. Virtual currencies cannot be redeemed for any amount or monetary value. If you delete your account or if your account is terminated for any reason, you will lose all accumulated and unused virtual currency without refund or other compensation. You agree that, based on our exercise of rights related to virtual currencies, we are not liable for any loss or damage.
Any virtual currency purchased or received by a user does not constitute property and is non-transferable.
YesChat’s paid services may be purchased through accounts with certain third parties, such as your Google Play account ("Third-Party Account"). If you purchase any paid services through a Third-Party Account, the billing for these services will appear through your Third-Party Account. You should review the terms of service for the Third-Party Account, as we do not control these terms.
During the payment process, there is a possibility that, due to network issues or other reasons, our service backend may not immediately capture the "paid" status and related information, resulting in a delay in responding to virtual currency exchanges. If you do not understand or accept this possibility, you may contact us via email to discuss your concerns.
This Agreement remains fully effective during your use of the mobile application, website, and/or services. We may terminate your membership at any time due to a violation of this Agreement, without prior notice. If we terminate your service membership, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused subscription fees (if any). Even after membership termination, this Agreement will remain effective. If necessary, our service terms and/or the subscription fees you were provided upon registration (if applicable) may change. By using the service and becoming a member, you acknowledge that if the member violates this Agreement or fails to pay service fees when required by this Agreement, we reserve the right to collect the service fees and may terminate the member’s membership.
Standard messaging or other data usage fees may apply and may be billed to your wireless service account or deducted from your prepaid balance.
We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the mobile application and website, or any incorrect or inaccurate content related to the services provided, whether caused by users of the mobile application, members, or any device or programming used in relation to or with the service. We are not responsible for the actions of any user or service member, whether online or offline. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, theft or destruction of communications, unauthorized access, or alteration of any user or member communications.
Our service is not responsible for any issues or technical failures related to telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, wireless phones or other devices, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any electronic mail or players caused by technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or any mobile application and website. We are not responsible for any injury or damage to users' or members’ devices resulting from participating in or downloading materials related to the mobile application, website, or services.
Under no circumstances will the service be liable for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, arising from your use of the mobile application, website, or services, or any content posted or transmitted to members via the mobile application and website or any interaction between users and members, whether online or offline. The mobile application, website, and services are provided "as is," and the service explicitly denies any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The service cannot guarantee or promise any specific outcome from using the mobile application, website, and/or services.
We are not responsible for any third-party advertisements posted on the mobile application, website, or services, nor are we liable for the goods or services offered by advertisers.
You agree that any disputes related to these Terms of Service or the services will be resolved by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, rather than through court litigation (unless the claim is in a court's jurisdiction and is pursued on an individual basis, excluding small claims court). Claims must be arbitrated, regardless of the legal grounds or whether seeking legal or equitable remedies. Arbitration applies to all such claims or disputes, whether past, present, or future. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
You may not engage in any activities involving spam within our service. Violating this policy may result in the immediate termination of your service and legal action against any spammers. Therefore, you may not upload, post, send emails, transmit, or otherwise distribute spam, commercial advertisements, or any other forms of commercial solicitation on our service. Violating this policy may result in civil and criminal penalties against you or your agents.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees from any losses, liabilities, claims, or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of this Agreement while using the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password during the registration process, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. You agree to immediately notify us if there is any unauthorized disclosure or use of your username or password or any other security breach, and ensure that you log out of your account after each session.
We assure you that we will use reasonable, secured technology to support YesChat.
The risk of using this application is entirely yours. We do not guarantee that our service will always be safe, reliable, or error-free, nor do we guarantee that the service will always run without interruption, delay, or imperfection. We do not guarantee that our service will meet your expectations. We do not guarantee that any results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable. We do not guarantee that the products, services, information, materials, or features purchased through our services will meet your expectations. Any materials downloaded or obtained through our services are at your own risk. You are fully responsible for any damage directly or indirectly caused to your device or others’ devices as a result of downloading such materials. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of such warranties or limitations or the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some warranty limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, the warranty and liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
All our intellectual property, including future updates, upgrades, and new versions of the application, remains our property. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, you do not have the right to use our intellectual property. In particular, you may not use our trademarks, product names, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features without our prior written consent. Any comments or suggestions you provide regarding the application are completely voluntary, and we may use these comments and suggestions at our discretion without any payment or other obligation to you.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application unless we may not prohibit you from doing so under applicable laws or regulations, or unless you obtain our prior written consent. If applicable laws or regulations permit you to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the application, you will first contact us to request the information you need.
We may occasionally provide updates to the application. Such updates may occur automatically or manually. Please note that if you do not install upgrades or new versions, the product application may not function properly or may not work at all. We do not guarantee that we will provide updates for every user, nor do we guarantee that such updates will continue to support your device or system.
The service provides assistance and guidance through its customer service representatives. When communicating with our customer service representatives, you agree not to use abusive, obscene, blasphemous, offensive, gender-discriminatory, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or inappropriate behavior. If we feel that your behavior toward any of our customer service representatives or other employees is threatening or offensive at any time, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account.
If you have any complaints, objections, or inquiries regarding other YesChat users or any actions taken by you while using YesChat, you should immediately submit such complaints or inquiries to our designated customer service email address. Please provide all necessary information and/or documents so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
We are continually working to improve the service and provide you with additional features that you may find useful. This means that we may occasionally add new product features or enhance existing ones and remove certain features. If these changes do not significantly impact your rights or obligations, we may not notify you in advance. We may also suspend the service entirely, in which case, unless circumstances such as security or safety concerns prevent us from doing so, we will notify you in advance. You may terminate your account at any time for any reason. If we believe you have violated this Agreement, we may terminate your account at any time without notice.
This Agreement is accepted when you use the mobile application and website and is further confirmed when you become a member of the service. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the service regarding the use of the mobile application and website and/or services. A failure by the service to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. The section headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not have any legal or contractual effect. If you have any questions regarding this Agreement, please contact us.
We may occasionally make changes to these Terms of Service. When such changes are made, we will notify you. You understand and agree that if you continue to use the service after the date of any changes to these Terms, your use of the service will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
Under no circumstances will our service be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits resulting from your use of the mobile application, website, or services, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages. In any case, the service's liability to you will always be limited to the amount of service fees you have paid to us during your membership period (if any).
